As a Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Specialist — and a mum myself — I know how uncertain returning to movement can feel during pregnancy and beyond. I created this space to offer calm, expert support for women who want to move safely, confidently, and with care through this stage of life.

My mission is to help you feel strong during pregnancy, prepared for birth, and supported as you navigate a positive, empowering postpartum journey.

I first met Nicole during the 'Walking, Talking Mums' sessions and I instantly knew that she was someone who cared passionately about post-natal health and wellbeing and that's why, after the birth of my 2nd daughter, I felt Nicole was the right fit to complete a post-natal/ post C- Section assessment with.

On the day I was a little apprehensive however that soon faded once I was in the room. Nicole is so warm and welcoming and really took the time to go through my health and wellbeing questions, not just for this birth but for my 1st as well, which, was a very traumatic birth and I had lots of complications. Nicole didn't rush me and allowed me to talk everything through at my own pace and she listened..I mean REALLY listened (it was a bit like therapy!!!).

We did the assessment and Nicole explained everything she was doing and the reasons why, Which really helped me to understand my body a little more, she gave feedback on some of the things I'd been doing post-natal and gave me encouragement that I had been doing things well and she also discussed how to make improvements and gave me different things to work on.

After the session I felt empowered about my body for the first time in a long time! Nicole made me feel proud of what my body had done and gave me the tools to continue towards my goals. I cannot recommend these sessions enough for anyone that has just given birth and I will be booking in for follow up sessions too to monitor my progress and to absorb more of her knowledge.
