PRICES & PACKAGES

You can either pay in full for the 12 week programme at £300 or split over 3x payments of £100

Nicole really invests everything in her clients. She takes the time to listen and to understand your needs, and will do everything she can to help you achieve your goals whatever they are.She spends time preparing tailored and varied training sessions, and brings an impressive depth of knowledge and passion to deliver a first class training experience that goes way beyond just training your body. Started training with Nicole 10 weeks ago in the B stronger programme and feel like I have learned so much in such a short space of time. As an absolute beginner, I was nervous to start but Nicole is welcoming and explains everything clearly and ensures you are doing the exercises correctly etc. Every week is a challenge. The ethos of the group is so supportive and Nicole pushes you out of your comfort zone in a positive way and adapts any exercises if need be. I’ve loved going to the gym and so glad I signed up.
