Barbells & Babies is a specialist postnatal class created just for mums — designed to guide you through a safe, supported, and educational postnatal recovery journey.

More than just a workout, this is a space where you are cared for, understood, and empowered.

What Barbells & Babies is all about

Whether you’ve just had your baby or you’re a few months into motherhood, my focus is on helping you rebuild your body from the inside out.

Through expert-led, functional strength and corrective exercises, each session is tailored to the unique physical demands of motherhood — supporting your recovery, confidence, and long-term health.

This class is for you if you're

  • Tired, time-strapped, and unsure where to begin with postnatal recovery — I’ll take the reins and support you every step of the way.

Expert-led, Mum-informed support

As a highly experienced pre and postnatal trainer — and a mum myself — I understand the unique needs of postpartum bodies.

I’ll guide you through safe, effective workouts that focus on rebuilding core strength, increasing energy, and boosting self-confidence, while always respecting where your body is right now.

Whether you’re recovering from a vaginal birth, a caesarean section, or navigating symptoms such as diastasis recti or pelvic floor weakness, Barbells & Babies blends rehabilitation with functional strength in a way that is safe, empowering, and effective.

What we do in the gym is about more than lifting weights — it’s about building the strength you need for motherhood, and for life outside the gym.
